A.PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTIC
Barangay San Isidro is situated along the southern part of the City proper with a distance of about 12.6 Kilometers with J.P.Rizal monument as its reference point. Of its total land area, 147.11 hectares is devoted to rice planting.
B. SLOPE
The ground surface of Barangay San Isidro is 0-3% level to nearly level.
C.SOIL ANALYSIS
According to the soil survey analysis, the soil of Barangay San Isidro falls under "A" which means the supply of nutrients such as phosphorus and potassium and organic matter are moderately high.Permeability is moderate. This soil is highly suitable to any perennial crops.
D.LAND AREA
It has a total land area of 540.79 hectares covering 2.52% the total land area of the City.
E.LAND USE
Areas of about 50 meter on both sides of the road of Barangay San Isidro is classified as "residential" and all other existing built-up areas of Barangay sites not situated along the road is
"agricultural". This is based on the existing comprehensive Zoning and Land use Ordinance of the city of San Pablo,ORDINANCE NO, 28, S.2000.
F.BOUNDARIES
Barangay San Isidro is bounded on the north by Barangay Santisimo Rosario;On the south by barangay lalig,Tiong,Quezon; and on the east by Barangay San Antonio 2; and on the west by Barangay Bautista.
G.CLIMATE
Barangay San Isidro has no definite season. Rainfall is evenly distributed throughout the year. It is relatively dry from November to April and wet during the rest of the year. It has weather favorable to production, not only to traditional food crops like rice and corn, but also some fruit trees that rarely grow abundantly in other parts of the country like lanzones and rambutan.

BARANGAY HALL
A semi-concrete building with a total floor area of 176.85 square meters located in a government owned lot in purok 2 serves as the Barangay Hall of San Isidro were the Sangguniang Barangay held there regular meetings and other conference. It is also the place where official transactions and revolving of Barangay cases were held..

AGRICULTURE
Barangay San Isidro is one of the remainig 9 barangays that contributes to the rice production of San Pablo City. As of year 2004 approximately 7 hectares of its total rice field was barren for almost 5 years due to the effect of the blockade of solid waste at the Banadero river that resulted to shortage of water in the irrigation system.

The crops produced by local farmers in Barangay San Isidro are rice, coconut, lanzones, rambutan, papaya, pineapple, and different kinds of vegetables.

These crops are being marketed through local traders in San Pablo City public market, Metro Manila and other nearby towns and cities.
