Promted by his earnest desire to serve his fellowmen and to abide with the will of his late mother, our beloved congressman DANTON QUIJANO BUESER donated a big parcel of land where a newly built institution of as a grateful son, mother to beautiful memories she left to her family and community.

Owing to the long legal process of using the name be yearns, PURIFICACION QUIJANO BUESER NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL was publicly known as SANBARTOLOME ANNEX of San Pablo City national high school serving 113 students during itsfirst year of existence.several days before the initial opening of the institution , the "bayanihan spirit" was kept alive by different scholl heads, parents , barangay leaders and teachers cleaned the room nad school soroundings under the stewardship of the former fule almeda district supervisor, Mrs. Nora S. Bacquiran , Mrs fely avenido, a former devoted teacher and aunt of our congressman also extended her outmost assistance in acquiring the necessary materials for the school.

The usual generosity of barangay chairman Delfin Carada was also very significant. on june 7 , 1999, their greatest dream come true. as the smiling sun brightened the early morning, the cheerful and compitent educxation warmly welcomed many enthusiasthic students from the diff Barangays.veryone gave a sigh of relief for at last. the edifices that stood empty for two years was truly a school the home of the enthusiastic learners and their venevolent educators from the different intermediate schoo. However on june 9, 1999 a new breed of teachers apointed by aformer superintendent Dr. Edelmira libas came to take place. undoubtedly, sadness dwelt in them for the school bad already a special place in their hearts. as expected the obedient and offer minded education responded positively to their supperiors request.Before they left, they generously guided the new mentors who gladly accepted their sound advice and reminders. since then Mrs rowena arcillas took charge of the school for three years she followed by Mr. Marlon Asia who serve the school for almots and left his fost inaugurated on the term of Mr. when he left the senior teacher Mrs Rowena a Arcillas once more become his succesosor. a few months later a warm welcome was accorded to the new principal Mrs. Emelene C. Magtanong a former San Pablocity national high school english teacher last september 14. she is instrumental in securing the total independence of the school which is now known as San Bartolome National High school.At represent the incombent principal is working on the process of remaining the school as Purificacion Quijano Bueser National High school to honor the memory of the late mother of congressman Danton Q. Bueser the donor of the land where the school now proudly stands.Since its first year of operation the school has relentlessly been the molder of character and minds of the thousands of students of San Bartolome and nearly communities to help them find their descent and most fiiting place in society.

With the invaluable support of the scschool's benefactor, Congresman Danton q. Bueser, Barangay officials, parents and concern people, the Principal together with her faculty members will be determine in persuing the ambitions of task of making San Bartolome National High School a leader school. With God as thier torch, how can they fall. From genuine compassion and love for the youth, the school's beautiful legend was born. Hencefoth, it is yearned that the same heart will continue touch, reach,and transform the lives of the countless youths tobe productive, nationalistic and God fearing citizens of the nation through the years.
