Welcome to the Infant Jesus Montessori Centers in the South!

History of IJMCP

After three years of operation, the school had to continue its service to their very first graduate, thus the first Grade School was conceived.

In 1987, a Branch School was opened in Lucena City with the same limited number of 20 pupils per class, an ideal number in a school with individualized instructions.

IJMCP earned the confidence of parents in its complementary role of teaching and training their children. Thus, in 1988, the IJMCP Lucena opened its doors to the first batch of Grade School pupils.

School year 1994-1995 is a peiod marked with IJMCP's commitment and response to the need to better prepare its students for the educational system in the tertiary level. IJMCP employs an eclectic model of High School Education- an integration of Montessori and the Philippine Science High School Curriculum, the first innovative strategy of educating the youth in San Pablo City.

IJMCP once again gained the trust and confidence of parents in its commendable role of molding the children to become independent and responsible citizens. Hence, IJMCP Lucena had opened its doors to the first batch of first year and second year in 1996-1997. It also employs an eclectic model of High School being used in the main school, San Pablo City.
