PHILOSOPHY Part 2

We believe that all teaching personnel should effectively utilized commensurate with educational level of training, abilities and potential and that all teaching efforts and activities will be directed towards the improvement of educational process.

We believe that the continuing program of in-service education for all personnel must be provided if the quality of teaching is to be improved and kept current with new developments in the educational fields. All personnel are encouraged to continue their education.

We believe that a continuous evaluation of the activities of the school is necessary to assess how effectively the needs of the pupils are being met and to take action to improve the service when indicated.

We believe that parents are the key to the child’s ongoing training. The spiritual needs of the parents can also be met thru sharing of the Word and home visitation. As the parents are reached for Christ they will continue to guide their child in love for the Lord Jesus Christ.
