General Policy For Children

School Uniform - Children are encourage to always wear their school uniform inside the school
campus. Civilian clothes are only allowed when there are birthday celebrations and other special
occasions. They are expected to be in complete uniform on the month of July. Old students are
expected to be in complete uniform as school year starts.

Arrival and Fetching Time - Children are encourage to come to school as early as 7:15 for the
morning session and 1:00 fot the afternoon session for their free play. Parents of pre-elementary pupils
should be punctual in fetching their children. For Elementary Pupils, fetching should be until beyond 30
minutes after deismessal only. Beyond these hours the school and teachers are held responsible to any
untoward incidents that may possibly occur.

Attendance/Absences - Children are required to attend their classes regularly. In case of sickness,
parents should notify the school's office immediately. Three (3) consecutive absences without prior
notice will require them to submit a medical certificate and a letter of excuse duly signed by the physician.
Occurrence of natural calamities, such as typoons with strong intensity/signal, flood, earthquakes and
the like, would automatically mean no classes.

School ID's - Children are always encouraged to pin their ID when inside the school premises. In case of
loss, parents should notify the office right away and secure another one. However, additional fee will be
charged.


General Policy For Parents

Orientation - Parents are required to atted an orientation, where the school administrator tackles on the
school policies, curriculum and many other things related to the children's education, which the parents
ought to know.

Parents Participation - Involvement is one of the key words for a successful partnership between parents
and teachers in rearing up the children toward a better quality education. Parents must get involve in every
school meeting and activities, for instance, the PTF meetings in order for them to be aware of their children's
progress in school. Like wise, parents must assist the teachers in educating their children.

Chaperons/Yayas - Chaperons or yayas are not allowed to stay around the school campus during class hour
Instead, they are encourage to stay at the church foyer. However, a child who is not yet ready for school can
have his/her chaperon stay during the first two weeks of classes only.

Parent-Teacher Conference - The school believes that is valuable for the teacher and parents to know each
other and share their insights on the children's interest and capabilities. Parents are welcome to confer with
the teacher about the development of their child. Both parties, however, shall initiate the holding of conference
for a successful outcome of the meeting.
