Rey Langit answers a higher call

GUIGUINTO, Bulacan- Unlike other political wanabees, Veteran broadcaster Rey Langit has no need for more power if this is his only purpose for running in the coming May elections.

Langit decided to go into politics in the hope of widening his capabilities in serving the public interest according to a statement made by Reporma-LP Vice President bet Oscar Orbos in a rally at the industrial complex in Guiginto Bulacan. He added that the media profession from which Langit originates, has more than enough influence on people.

Langit’s years of commenting on the air has only led to his frustration in not being able to help enough. This in turn fueled his drive to run for office so he can concretize and realize the suggestions and comments he has been constantly appealing. "My eyes will remain open to the reforms needed in our system. I shall continue to listen to the needs of the people and be their voice in the senate," he added.

Three mini-rallies were held at Meycauayan, Guiguinto, and Balagtas led by the Reporma presidential aspirant Renato de Villa and the rest of the Reporma candidates. This ended with a big rally in Baliwag, Bulacan.
