Jose Emmanuel EalaHe was the sixth commissioner of the Philippines Basketball Association from 2003 to 2007. He studied high school at La Salle Green Hills and took a degree on Law at Ateneo de Manila. He played a part as team manager for the Blue Eagles. Before he became the commissioner of PBA, he was a play-by-play commentator of Viva-Vintage Sports, which broadcasts the PBA Games, from the early 1990’s until 2002. He was selected as commissioner of the league in 2002 after his predecessor, Emilio “Jun” Bernardino, retired from his post |
